FROM FIRST CALL TO PROTECTED ASSET.
A clear four-step process. No drawn-out sales cycles. No surprise scope creep.
The 15-Minute Review
This is a real 15 minutes, not a sales pitch dressed up as one. Dan Saia, our O&M Manager, reviews your system's basic information, current production data if you have access to it, and current O&M status.
You walk away with a straight assessment of where your system stands, and whether a deeper look is worth your time. No commitment. No follow-up spam.
If your system is in good shape and doesn't need us, we tell you.
- 15 minutes, video or phone, your preference
- Dan Saia personally, not a sales rep
- A brief written summary sent afterward if useful
- No pressure to book a next step
On-Site Inspection
If the 15-minute review surfaces anything worth investigating, we schedule an on-site inspection. Our in-house team, no subcontractors, spends a half day to full day at your site depending on system size.
We use thermal imaging, open combiner boxes, physically inspect racking, review your monitoring platform in detail, and document everything.
- CRP field team on site, not a subcontractor
- 4 to 8 hours depending on system size and access
- Thermal camera imaging of the array
- Combiner box and inverter physical inspection
- Monitoring platform review and configuration audit
- Photo documentation of any findings
Findings and Plan
After the inspection, you get a written assessment. Not a sales document. An actual technical report.
It lists what we found, what it means for your system's near-term and long-term health, what needs immediate attention versus what can wait, and a proposed O&M scope that matches your system's actual condition, not a boilerplate tier. Pricing is included.
- Written report within 5 business days
- Findings organized by priority
- Recommended repairs with rough cost estimates
- Proposed O&M scope and tier
- Clear pricing, no bundled surprises
Ongoing O&M
If you move forward, we execute the agreed tier. Pre-Emptive, Pro-Active, or Optimal. All scheduled visits are performed by CRP's in-house team.
You get quarterly reports, 24/7 support access, and a named account contact who knows your system. No handoffs to a call center.
- Scheduled visits per your tier
- Quarterly written reports
- 24/7 phone support with named contact
- Emergency dispatch per tier terms
- Annual review call to reassess scope
