Development

Our in-house engineering capabilities are well-suited for permitting, cost-estimating, land-development, and installation-based exercises.
Customized solar arrays based on site conditions and relevant electrical infrastructures. We complete designs and initial due diligence as part of the overall engagement.
We design and implement solar projects in multiple states and markets. Based on site conditions and client goals, we identify the most lucrative project opportunities throughout the portfolio.

Creative Financing

The simplest way to benefit from solar energy. PPAs require no capital expenditure, allowing you to "lock in" long-term pricing for your energy costs without any up-front costs or obligations.
Operating leases are a good fit for clients who want to "test drive" the solar system while mitigating the risk of fluctuating energy prices. An operating lease provides you with the option to continue a Power Purchase Agreement or buy out the system after 6 years.
Lease your land and/or roof space and receive monthly payments over the long term. Solar leases pay 4-10x more than traditional agriculture leases.

Construction

We self-perform all phases of the project, from design and engineering to construction and maintenance. Coral Reef has eliminated the need for subcontractors (except in instances where civil engineering is required), reducing costs and shortening project lead times.
We utilize the AlsoEnergy portal to monitor your system's production in real-time and make any necessary repairs. Each project/system comes with a production warranty, guaranteeing the end-user at least 90% of the excepted output.
As part of our commitment to your install, we provide annual and bi-annual reporting to ensure your system meets or exceeds expected production over the short and long term.
