How to choose your tier

Pre-Emptive

Pre-Emptive fits systems in stable condition where the priority is catching issues before they cost you. Good for newer systems, lower-risk applications, or owners with limited budget who still want real inspections rather than dashboard-only oversight.

Pro-Active

Pro-Active is the tier we recommend most often. It adds active maintenance, performance testing, warranty administration, and 2 dispatches per year. Best for systems 5 to 10 years old, systems with meaningful revenue tied to production, and owners who want to prevent problems rather than react to them.

Optimal

Optimal is full asset protection. Includes complete system design review, 30-day validation testing, and our Annual Performance Ratio guarantee. Best for systems where production is directly tied to revenue or regulatory commitments, aging systems in the warranty-cliff window, and owners who need contractual accountability for performance outcomes.
